This is a PA/ OM position working for a small property start up business. They are looking for someone really to be the right-hand person to the x2 MDs and manage their growing office. The role is very varied and really exciting progression available. They need someone who can work independently while they grow the office, with a really can do attitude and happy to get involved with anything. They offer flexible working hours and really nice offices just off Oxford Street.

As PA/Office Manager, your role will develop as the company grows. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to-
  • Meeting and greeting guests to the office and answering all incoming calls
  • Monitoring and ordering office supplies 
  • Implementing and maintaining an excellent filing system and administration processes
  • Managing the IT and telecoms functions and general office maintenance 
  • Organising meetings including booking venues, ordering refreshments and basic minute taking
  • PA support and diary management for the Directors
  • Creating detailed travel itineraries
  • Overseeing the creation of contracts, client packs and other documents, including their formatting, printing, binding and distribution
  • Gatekeeper and first point of contact
  • Expense processing
  • Client management, including meeting and greeting
  • Minute taking
  • Overseeing incoming and outgoing post and courier deliveries
  • Ad Hoc HR tasks including, but not limited to, managing pension plans, payroll, annual leave, recruitment processes and employee inductions and handling confidential matters with discretion
  • Upkeep of the marketing function of the business including social media updates, checking the functionality of the website
  • Co-ordinating and facilitating any office move
  • Undertaking responsibility for First Aid and Health and Safety checks
  • Managing support staff in time
  • Ad hoc personal errands for the directors
  • Dealing with miscellaneous issues willingly 
 

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Educated to A Level standard or equivalent. A degree level qualification would be advantageous, but is by no means essential
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role
  • Proven diary management skills
  • Exceptional standard of written English
  • Competent with Microsoft Office packages
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility on hours
