Our client, a highly regarded name in the Construction industry, is seeking a part-time Office Administrator to join the team in their Cambridge office.

The Office Administrator will ideally work 5 days a week, for four hours per day, or alternatively will work three full days per week.

Acting as an ambassador for the business and ensuring the office runs as smoothly as possible, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting clients, setting up appointments, ensuring meeting rooms are set up, and arranging for the maintenance of office equipment.

Other responsibilities of the Office Administrator will include liaising with suppliers, scanning and binding, filing of correspondence and documentation, as well as conducting Health & Safety inspections (training will be provided).

To secure this role, you will possess previous administrative experience, within the Construction field or related industries, as well as a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

With strong written and spoken communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a can-do attitude, you will be able to work as part of a team, as well as on your own initiative.
