1st/2nd Jobber Corporate Paralegal at Off-shore Law Firm to £30,000

Off-shore law firm is looking to recruit a new paralegal to join their Corporate department, with duties including reviewing corporate records of companies and partnerships, updating corporate and statutory information in a management database, supervising the filing of invoices, working on entities governed by various jurisdictions, drafting board meeting minutes when the need arises and any other duties as and when required.  This role would be ideal for candidates who are looking for their first step into a Paralegal capacity in a prestigious law firm, or for those who have secured a training contract from September 2018 and are looking to gain Paralegal experience in the interim.  Applicants should be proactive, be able to work well in a team and have the ability to work well under pressure.  Offices are based in the City and standard hours are 9:00 - 17:30, however a flexible attitude is needed as there may be the possibility of overtime.
