Trainee Legal Recruitment Consultant 

Basic Salary: £30 - £40k basic + bonuses

Location: Central London

Well established legal recruitment consultancy are looking for a trainee consultant. We are looking for graduates, either with some relevant account management / commercial experience, or candidates with experience in the legal sector.

Before you are in a position to advise either clients or candidates you will receive extensive in-house training on how to undertake the following:

•           Analyse CVs

•           Research clients

•           Source candidates

•           Conduct telephone interviews

•           Conduct face to face interviews

•           Research different job markets

•           Work alongside Senior Consultants to gain an in depth knowledge of the legal sector.

Requirements

•           Graduate

•           Some relevant commercial or legal experience

•           Natural people and influencing skills

•           Confident and resourceful

•           Genuine desire to collaborate and work as part of a team

•           Exceptional research and communication skills
