CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR

Our client, who's office is based in Central London, is seeking a first class customer service administrator within a financial organisation to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to move onwards and upwards with their career in finance within a successful business.

Your duties will include:

  • Admin duties with multiple different systems and platforms
  • Assembling board reports
  • Sending out newly published research to relevant clients
  • You will be a central point of contact for client queries where you will be expected to deal with all issues correctly and professionally 
  • Making sure that all client information is correctly updated and processed.
  • Along with correctly entering client information, you will constantly be looking at different ways to improve the service you offer.

This company are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is able to stand on their own two feet by using their initiative whilst maintaining a positive and proactive attitude. Having a great attention to detail and fantastic organisational skills will help you soar within this business and stand out within the office. 

Essentially, this is ideal for recent graduates with a year of work experience. 

This is role is for an immediate start. Degree educated is preferable.
