PA - our client, a boutique consultancy based in Victoria, currently has a new opening for a PA to come on board and support one of their Partners. This is a 1:1 role where you will be confident in your ability as a top PA to provide an excellent service.

You will work in beautiful offices close to Victoria Station, working alongside six other PA's within the organisation.

You will thrive in a fast paced environment, which is very client driven and able to work to deadlines with ease.  You will be able to deal with last minute changes and think on your feet and outside the box. You will also enjoy being a real team player and mucking in wherever is required.

Duties will include heavy diary management and scheduling.  Booking in and setting up meetings and VC calls across different time zones.  Gate-keeping duties and handling all forms of incoming communication and telephone calls.  Booking travel and accommodation and preparing travel itineraries.  Preparing high quality documentation such as client pitches and presentations.  Formatting high quality documentation and proof-reading - having a good eye for detail.  Building up excellent relationships with clients along with excellent communication skills.  Building relationships with external PA's and booking meetings.  Helping to ensure that the office runs smoothly.

You will come from a client driven background such as management consultancy or professional services.  Degree educated would be an advantage for this position.  At least 3-5 years solid PA experience.
