Graduate Administrator
Our client, based in Holborn currently has a new opening for a Graduate Customer Service Administrator to come on board and provide a first class service to the company's clients.
Our client,is a financial research organisation dealing with clients globally. You will work alongside the Manager and be responsible for on-boarding/uploading all client files onto the system. Attention to detail is absolute key. You will also be first point of contact for any client queries, therefore an excellent telephone manner and communication skills are essential. You will also be responsible for preparing and running off reports as and when required and formatting documents.
You will be trained on all the systems and processes and company products. There is also the opportunity for you to take on additional duties further down the line. Communication is key in this position as you will be liaising with other internal departments and mainly with the Analysts.
You will be responsible for managing your own workload and being proactive and productive and able to produce results.
Attention to detail is absolute key and able to work well under pressure.
This is a fantastic opportunity within this organisation for someone with a customer service background as well as being degree educated.
