The main functions to the role will be too manage all aspects of the website including product forecasting, price checking, image uploading and generating reports for analysis and trafficking to the website.  You will also deal with online customer queries, processing and releasing orders, dealing with refunds and exchanges and all accompanying administration.

This is a key role that supports both the sales and marketing functions and the role ideally requires an understanding of various platforms such as Calleo, Magento, Google AdWords and Google Analytics, SAP, Email vision, Excel and Outlook. You should also be confident with customer communication and be able to manage a high volume of work.
