Junior Team Assistant

A fast paced, client facing division within a leading investment bank is looking for a junior graduate  Team Assistant. This is perfect if you are a first/second jobber, with existing experience of supporting a team and looking to develop your experience further.

• Able to work with a team
• Capable of prioritising
• Stay calm under pressure

Your role will include answer calls on behalf of your team, booking travel and processing expenses. The team of assistants within this division work very closely together as part of a very collegiate network. So the ability to be autonomous as well as assist your peers is key. 

Looking after a team of junior bankers/analysts, core hours are 8am - 6pm.

This role is paying an hourly rate equivalent to £30k plus holiday pay AND an overtime rate - overtime will be included in your core hours! Please apply if you possess the key skills required as this client is looking to hold interviews immediately.
