A world leading US hedge fund seeks a graduate Assistant with at least 5 years' experience to support the Head of Credit and a wider team of 4. This is role is ideal if you come from an investment banking or boutique investment background. 

The client is looking for a bright, enthusiastic and confident assistant, capable of working in a fast paced environment and supporting dynamic and demanding individuals.

Duties include:

  • Diary/inbox management
  • Organising international travel
  • Processing expenses
  • Coordinating back to back meetings
  • Putting together meeting materials

Working with a collegiate wider admin team, you will also be provided with a free lunch and a very competitive package. Hours are 7:30am - 5pm.
