About the Company
A global luxury jewellery brand based in the city are looking for a senior Hr manager to join their team.

About the Role
Reporting to the CFO, you will manage the company human resources function across offices/jurisdictions, overseeing all aspects of the employee life-cycle (recruitment, induction, training, performance management and appraisals, off boarding), supporting senior management with employee relations issues, and ensuring that all offices have compliant policies that align with the company values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Records: own employee records and maintain systems used for this to ensure accuracy and availability of reporting data
• Recruitment process
  • Manage the recruitment process across all head office roles
  • Work with hiring managers to define job descriptions, hiring process and testing process
• Appraisals: advise on, and manage the execution of, the bi-annual appraisal process and advise on and assist with managing any associated performance issues
• Company policies: own, advise on, and manage the application of all company policies, including sickness, maternity, data protection etc
• Learning and Development: advise on and lead the development, co-ordination and execution of annual team training
• Support Senior Managers to deal with any ad hoc employee relations issues
• Internal Communications: manage and execute companywide internal communications including monthly all staff update, bi-annual business updates, and ad hoc team and business announcements
• Lead your team, constantly stretching, coaching, enhancing, and developing their skills
• Manage HR related budget

Skills & Experience:

4 years + experience as an HR advisor

• Bachelor Degree (2:1)
• Passion for luxury brands or retail

Mobility Requirements:
Regular travel
