Executive Assistant

Superb opportunity for an experienced legal PA/EA to take on a role providing Executive Support to the Senior Partners in this ultra-successful department of this award winning City (St Pauls) law firm. They would like you to forge relationships with their clients, ensuring they are always happy with the service levels they receive, mentor junior secretaries, organise departmental seminars and co-ordinate information for the BD, Marketing, HR and Finance teams. Eventually you would be able to sit in on the weekly Partners meetings and take on projects of your own. You will need to have proven senior legal PA/EA experience.
