Personal Assistant - Boutique Investment Bank

Are you a PA who loves organising Travel? My client who are a leading global boutique investment bank based in the city are looking for a PA support the head of the London office and his direct reports. Role is paying £45,000 - £50,000. This role requires a highly experienced PA who ideally has worked within Financial Services and is used to supporting individuals who travel extensively. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast paced, professional and collaborative environment. The role will involve largely complex global travel arrangements, diary management, client liaison, preparation for meetings, PowerPoint presentations, reports and ad hoc admin. You will also get involved with mentoring other members of staff and get involved with ad hoc projects. To be considered for this role you must have gained the above PA experience from Banking or Financial Services. In addition customer focused, enjoy providing a high level of client service, strong communication skills both verbal and written and demonstrate strong relationship building skills. Finally a team player and be used to using your initiative on a daily basis.
