Private/Corp PA to Design Consultant (4 days)

Design Consultant - PA (4 days per week)  A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a degree standard, switched on PA with 3 years+ experience to look after this very talented and extremely busy Design Consultant based in Central London.  This is a busy and involving role with responsibility so you will be able to juggle many things, prioritise, work quickly and accurately and enjoy the variety.  Supporting in a corporate capacity with extensive diary and travel + itineraries, hotels, cars, restaurants, visas etc.  Overseeing shipments, trackkng collections, sampes, materials and liaising with suppliers both in the UK and abroad.  Working with factories in London and abroad.  Researching design and relative issues.  Correspondence, email management, expenses, invoicing and liaising with accountant/lawyers etc. 

On the private side you will pay personal bills and invoices, monitor bank accounts, cash flow and petty cash.  Maintain personal diary and commitments.  Personal appointments, hair, beauty, trainer.  Assist with private events, parties, birthdays, Xmas etc.  Send thank you notes, flowers, gifts.  Assisting with house management; cleaner, gardener, maintenance, trades.

Lovely boss and interesting and varied day.  Available when the Principal travels evening/week-ends.  You will have related expereince in a creative or design field (much preferred)  be extremely reliable and hands on.  Have a high degree of accuracy, very polite and helpful (even under a deadline)  Well spoken with a top phone manner.  Good humoured with a positive personality, discreet with excellebt IT/dictation skills (Excellent English skills written and spoken) Happy to work alone sometimes and make the role your own!  Outstanding opportunity!
