Team Assistant

We have a fantastic temp to perm opportunity, for an ambitious Team Assistant to join a boutique Finance House located in brand new offices Mayfair. They are 5 based in London currently so it's a really close knit team set up.
 
The successful TA would be supporting a small team with their general administration requirements, as well as covering the front of house duties to meet and greet clients; although this isn't a significant portion of the role. The role will progress into PA duties and you will have a great colleague to learn from, which will include supporting the finance professionals with organising client events, conferences and researching venues.
 
This is a great role for someone who thrives on being the lynchpin within an office environment and is looking to expand their knowledge and skill set within an administrative support role. The ideal candidate will be bubbly, outgoing, confident and will be able to show initiative. Having some office or administrative experience is desired.
 
They are offering a competitive salary up to £26k depending on experience. The core hours are 9 am - 6pm with some flexibility required.
