German Speaking Order Processor candidate required to join a leading FMCG business in the Docklands, South East London.

Description

In this German Speaking Order Processor role you will:

• deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
• respond promptly to customer inquiries
• handle and resolve customer complaints
• obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
• provide pricing and delivery information
• set up new customer accounts
• process orders, forms, applications and requests
• organise workflow to meet customer timeframes
• direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
• keep records of customer interactions and transactions
• record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
• record details of actions taken
• prepare and distribute customer activity reports
• maintain customer databases
• manage administration
• communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• follow up on customer interactions
• provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

ESSENTIAL CAPABILITIES FOR GERMAN SPEAKING ORDER PROCESSOR ROLE(KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES)

• Demonstrates a commitment to improving customer service and experience of overcoming obstacles to meet customer demands
• Good team player and remains calm under pressure, supporting the company mission
• Understands problems and logical actions, sequence and timings to resolve the problem
• SAP or computer literacy (ideally good Excel skills)
• Knowledge about company products and internal processes (preferred)
• FMCG commercial understanding and customer oriented attitude / approach
• Effective task management and team player
• An ability to learn quickly and work effectively with people at all levels of the organisation

Job Offer

This temporary role is to start ASAP and will pay between £11-13 per hour. The role may also go permanent. The role is located close to London City Airport on the DLR line.
