Global Support Trainer 6 months Contract up to £28,000 Colchester

Your new company
A new fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Global Support Trainer to join a world leading international professional services firm based in Colchester that is one of the world's leading advisors on business strategy and training initiatives. This is initially a 6 month fixed term contract, however there may be opportunities to extend this term for the successful candidate.

Your new role
The main responsibility of this role will be to support the core training and soft skills training needed across the business. You will create, maintain and deliver training plans and programmes in formal classroom settings or online webinars. You will maintain appropriate records of learner development and resource allocation while evaluating the effectiveness of core training sessions through regular training analysis.

What you'll need to succeed
The successor of this role will be an articulate, engaging and highly experienced trainer who has worked within a class room based training role within a professional services environment and be accustomed to reaching an international and diverse audience with a unique blend of presentation and delivery skills.
