Role: Team Secretary

Role:
I am currently working for a UK Property Developer based in the West End. They require a Team Secretary to join the office of around 20 people. Stunning location!

Duties:

  • To provide secretarial support to the team of Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors
  • Audio/Copy Typing of letters, minutes, reports and emails (Bighand Digital Dictation is used) and distribute using own initiative when managers working remotely.
  • Collating of large reports using Adobe
  • Answering and screening calls
  • Manage multiple diaries
  • Liaising with clients/consultants/contractors at all levels and demonstrating professionalism with a sense of humour and calm, flexible attitude
  • Expenses
  • Ad hoc duties as required

The person:

  • You should be available at one – two-week notice maximum
  • Highly presentable, articulate and confident.
  • Recent audio typing is vital.
  • Previous experience in the construction industry is essential.
  • Previous experience in pulling together JCT Contracts/Employer’s Requirements would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. 
  • Adaptable and flexible.
