Role: Team Secretary

Role:
I am currently working for a UK Property Developer based in the West End. They require a Team Secretary to join the office of around 20 people. Stunning location!
Duties:
- To provide secretarial support to the team of Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors
- Audio/Copy Typing of letters, minutes, reports and emails (Bighand Digital Dictation is used) and distribute using own initiative when managers working remotely.
- Collating of large reports using Adobe
- Answering and screening calls
- Manage multiple diaries
- Liaising with clients/consultants/contractors at all levels and demonstrating professionalism with a sense of humour and calm, flexible attitude
- Expenses
- Ad hoc duties as required
The person:
- You should be available at one – two-week notice maximum
- Highly presentable, articulate and confident.
- Recent audio typing is vital.
- Previous experience in the construction industry is essential.
- Previous experience in pulling together JCT Contracts/Employer’s Requirements would be beneficial but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Adaptable and flexible.
