We are seeking an experienced exceptional Executive/ Personal Assistant to provide private support to an UHNW family, based in Belgravia.

You will be the right hand to this International family of three to oversee and organise all aspects of their private lives. You will be based from their modern fully staffed property in Belgravia and on call 24/7 when they are in residence.

This is an all-encompassing Personal Assistant role – from organising events at the property, personal shopping, making bookings and reservations for social engagements, and extensive diary management, to putting together complex international travel itineraries, household budgeting, managing staff rotas, and liaising with household staff to ensure the highest level of service, professionalism and efficiency is maintained on a daily basis. The family frequently travel and on occasion you will be required to accompany them on both holidays and business trips.

The family require a hands-on, proactive and experienced individual to work alongside the House Manager to ensure the team are led by example, to ensure the smooth running of the household and maintenance of the property to a 7* standard.

This role requires an individual who is service-orientated and highly responsive to the needs and requirements of both the Principals and the other household staff. The Assistant must possess a team player attitude as a fundamental aspect of the role is to support and assist the other domestic staff. 

The ideal candidate for this position will have 5+ years’ experience working as a private Personal Assistant.  

Duties;

  • Extensive diary management
  • Organising events
  • Personal shopping and gift sourcing
  • Putting together travel itineraries
  • Administration for the household
  • Ensuring household items are fully stocked
  • Maintaining household inventories
  • Liaising with contractors
  • Scheduling home maintenance and repair work
  • Diary management for the Principals
  • Running errands for the Principals
  • Assisting the permanent staff in their areas when necessary
  • Receiving guests to the property
  • Be 'on call' and available for the Principals and staff
  • Flexible to travel internationally when required

To be considered for the role you must;

  • Have experience working for UHNWI’s in a private household capacity
  • Have excellent contactable references
  • Possess management and service experience
  • Be discreet and trustworthy
