We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Support Officer, a pivotal role in our team. As Executive Support Officer, you will support and coordinate the delivery of UCL’s fundraising strategy by providing proactive and comprehensive operational and administrative support to the Deputy Director of Development and the Strategic Philanthropy team.
You will have demonstrable experience as a team administrator or PA / EA, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. With confidence in planning and prioritising, you will also have the ability to build strong working relationships across diverse groups of stakeholders. In addition, you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will play a central role in this fast-paced office and will need to be pro-active and often need to work under your own initiative.
