We have a fabulous opportunity to join a world leading global strategic marketing consultancy in the heart of central London with a vibrant culture and an impressive client list comprising of some of the most globally iconic brands.  

This dynamic organisation is now searching for a highly proactive, organised EA with a sense of fun and humour to support the Managing Director and Deputy Managing Director on a temporary to permanent basis. Providing positive and professional support across a diverse and fast-paced environment you will be proficient in complex diary management, international travel management and meeting co-ordinating. An excellent communicator you will possess the natural ability to develop strong relationships at all levels. In addition to providing high calibre support you will also project manage 3 large company events per year which are highly confidential require absolute discretion.

You are an accomplished EA with at least 5 years’ experience at C Suite level. You are well presented, articulate and proactive with superb skills across the board and possess emotional intelligence to manage and juggle the different needs of your Directors.
