Temporary Sales Administrator £13ph

 

Who will you be working for?

Our client is a leader in providing a wide range of Christian content and are looking for a temporary sales administrator to join their team.

 

 

Key Duties

Sales Support

  • General administrative tasks as directed by the Group Sales Manager including order processing and bookings, credit control, raising invoices, client correspondence, voucher copy checking and despatch, chasing advertising copy, taking and circulating meeting notes.
  • Support the Business Development Manager in the delivery of sales promotions
  • Process sales orders and schedule radio advertising as per campaign plans.
  • Assist in managing external lead generator relationship sourcing new leads for the entire sales team.
  • Support the production of sales materials and ensure these are kept up to date.
  • Attend client presentations and briefings as required and circulate meeting notes
  • Work with Finance and the Sales Execs on credit control, the raising of invoices and dealing with account queries.

 

Sales Development

Support the Group Sales Manager in developing creative sales client promotion proposals to include:

  • Scheduling and managing Group Sales Manager's client promotions
  • Contributing to and managing the commercial production process
  • Producing client campaign activity matrixes and work with Programming,Content, Marketing
  • Digital teams as required to deliver cross-platform client promotions
  • Supporting client relationship management
  • Maintaining log of all client activity
  • Producing post campaign analysis and reporting
  • Developing presentations and sales collateral to support the sales efforts of the Group Sales Manager

 

 

The ideal candidate

  • Experience in project management
  • Understanding of both traditional and new media is desirable
  • Experience of working in a busy, high pressured environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient IT skills and related software packages
  • Ability to handle and own multiple projects
  • Excellent administration and organizational skills
  • Pro-active and show initiative
  • Team player
  • Ability to work well under pressure
