My client, an established and rapidly growing name in the Property Sector, is seeking a Recruitment Assistant to join the HR team in their City based office.

Supporting the Resourcing & HR Managers, you will be responsible all life-cycle recruitment administration, from job definition through to employment offer.

Recruitment Assistant - Duties will include:
- Arranging interviews and coordinating related requirements
- Liaising with external suppliers such as recruitment agencies
- Providing pre-interview information and candidate feedback
- Ensuring all relevant paperwork has been collated and the candidate tracking system has
been updated
- Supporting with the Graduate Recruitment process, to include posting of adverts,
arrangement and attendance at careers fairs, as well identifying new sourcing channels and
evaluating the success of existing processes

Recruitment Assistant - What we're looking for:
- Experience within Recruitment and Resourcing, with a keen interest in developing a career
within HR and Internal Recruitment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A keen eye for detail
- Strong organisational capability
- A 'can do' attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
