  • Provide concise daily and weekly reporting to the Managing Director
  • Ensure key documents are filed systematically and relevant team box folders and organised, up to date and intuitive to navigate at all times
  • Maintain oversight of the Team's financial operations, delegating to the Team Assistant and overseeing the quality and accuracy of his or her work in processing POs and invoices.
  • Plan and manage team away days and meetings
  • Proof-reading and formatting of presentations and client/internal correspondence (pptx/word)

In addition to PA support you will be responsible for:

  • Lead Client support

  • - responsible for keeping lead client list up to date with MD; executing reminder systems on action points and dates for lead clients

  • Company Events

  • - coordinate events with Directors; responsible for follow-up and reporting on events

The office is based in a stunning mews house in South Kensington, and there are currently five people in the company, but they are part of another larger consultancy based in Battersea.

    - Bright, articulate, capable
    - Extremely organised, adaptable and always on top of things
    - Excellent communication skills
    - Thick-skinned
    - Proactive, forward-thinking, sees the big picture
    - Highly adaptable
    - Muck-in attitude
    - An interest in the education sector is preferable
    - US education is an added bonus
