An excellent opportunity to support a busy team with a variety of ad hoc duties within one of Londons top investment firms. You will need a calm nature, organisation skills, and a proactive attitude.
 
The role is one month to start, with the possibility of extension.  
 
The role promises to keep you busy and offer lots of variety.
 
Key responsibilities will include;
  • Liaising with candidates, agencies and hiring managers to schedule interviews 
  • Ensuring all paperwork is prepared and distributed prior to interviews 
  • Collecting feedback from every interviewer
  • Preparing summary feedback reports for hiring decision meetings 
  • Updating candidate data
  • Other ad hoc updates related to the recruitment process
  • Greeting candidates in reception and making sure the interview process runs smoothly 
 
This is a team who delivers results in a pressurized and demanding working environment so would suit someone who enjoys that pace and buzz. Working well under pressure, being self-motivated, and a quick learner would all be a huge advantage.
