A renowned international investment bank with impressive offices in The City requires a team assistant to support a very busy team.
 
You will be supporting a busy and demanding Investor Relations team, where organisation, accuracy and thriving under pressure will all be key.
 
The role will include ad hoc management for corporate meetings, internally and externally, participating in the process of Roadshows from start to finish, diary & travel arrangements including flights, hotel, car bookings, sourcing events, using the internal CRM system in an efficient way, invoice management, creating reports, managing data bases and much more.
 
Skills / Experience required:
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Recent, demonstrable experience gained within a team assistant role
  • Outstanding time management skills and the ability to multi task
  • Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
  • Ability to work autonomously whilst still being an integral part of the team
