We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Investment and Asset Management Team Secretary for a company based in London’s West End in both a beautiful yet contemporary traditional setting. The role will be paying circa £40k per annum (temp equivalent), offering an immediate Temp to Perm start.

Duties will include:

• Supporting the Senior CEO’s EA
• Copy Typing
• Diary Management
• Co-ordinating schedules
• Travel arrangement organisation
• Expenses Management

The Candidate:

• Typing and admin experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Good telephone manner
• Advanced Microsoft Word experience
• Ability to work within a small team and on their own
• Ideally an Investment or Financial Services Background
