EA to Private Medical Consultant

A private medical consultant based in West London is looking a first-class full-time EA to help manage her growing private practice. 

The successful candidate will have solid senior PA experience; have enormous attention to detail; superb diary management skills; be able to prioritise a very demanding workload; be resilient; uber-efficient; and one step ahead at all times!  You will need to be super-confident; a fast thinker; be highly confidential; empathetic; tenacious ... and charming!  You must be able to juggle, prioritise and change direction in a single heart-beat – grace under pressure!  Good communication skills and an approachable telephone manner are a key part of this fabulous role.  Typical duties include managing an incredibly busy and complex diary; basic accounting; liaising with patients; invoicing; debt-chasing; and promoting the business.
