Senior Recruitment Consultant (flexible working)

We are currently recruiting an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis.

As a Senior Consultant, you will have a minimum of three years experience in a commercial recruitment environment, you will be a self-starter, with a proven track record in a 360-degree role and provide a professional service to both clients and candidates.

Base salary up to £30,000 per annum including quarterly bonuses
Commission rate of up to 40% of earnings
OTE minimum £60 – 70,000 per annum
