Working hours: 21 hrs per week

What would I be doing day to day?

Responsibilities:

• Point of contact for all HR enquiries
• Process on staff changes and drafting contracts
• Handling payroll and ensuring its accurately updated and signed off
• Manage the performance of employees which includes annual reviews and absence management
• Managing all mail regarding recruitment and handling the recruitment process
• Coordination of employee benefits and dealing with benefit providers
• Drafting offers and contracts for new employees
• Manging the exit process
• Annual preparation of HR budgets
• Managing sponsorships and the immigration process.

What is the company looking for?

Background and experience: The ideal candidate will have previous HR experience and have experience handling HR related issues including disciplinaries and restructures. You need to be able to adapt to change quickly and prioritise your workload accordingly, as well as having exceptional communication and hand written skills. CIPD degree is advantageous.
