We have an EXCELLENT temporary booking which has just come in for an Entry Level Receptionist for one of our nicest City clients with a great name in the market!

Duties will include:

  • Meeting all guests and visitors, and acting as the Ambassador based at the Front of House Reception area
  • Preparing refreshments, to include Tea, Coffee and water/juices, as well as biscuits, sandwiches and finger buffets
  • Making all items look presentable for HNW individuals and clients
  • Assist in laying out items for meetings such as reports, meeting packs, leaflets and journals
  • Dealing with any requests from meeting attendees
  • Co-ordinating couriers, mail and deliveries
  • Managing the switchboard for incoming calls and call transfers

    Candidates MUST have corporate meeting room / General Assistant experience within a corporate setting.

    Hours are 08:30 to 17:00

    This position is a permanent role within modern offices in the heart of London’s City.
