Temporary Receptionist Wanted - Corporate
City of London £10.00-£15.00 per hour
One of my clients, a prestigious financial services organisation, is seeking a Receptionist based at their corporate Front of House client suite.
Duties will include:
- Meeting all guests and visitors, and acting as the Ambassador based at the Front of House Reception area
- Preparing refreshments, to include Tea, Coffee and water/juices, as well as biscuits, sandwiches and finger buffets
- Making the reception area and meeting rooms look presentable for HNW individuals and clients
- Signing in visitors
- Co-ordinating couriers
- Ordering stationery
- Candidates will ideally possess Reception experience within a corporate setting.
Hours are 08:30 to 17:30 with occasional different shifts at 08:00 to 17:00 and 09:00 to 18:00.
This position is a temporary, ongoing role within modern offices in the heart of London’s City.
