Great Opportunity available!! Currently looking for an experienced Document Production Specialist for a Template Project in a law firm based in Central London, this is a temporary role due to start at the end of May and is due to run for 4-8weeks
The right candidate will preferably be someone MOS qualification as there is a high use Microsoft word and templates are created using Outline.
You will be tasked with constructing templates and entering content controls to remind users where the variable information should be within letter templates. Production of all materials in regards to the training of the new templates.
Good eye to detail and accuracy is a must. This project is extremely essential and important as these will be the templates used by the firm going forward for all internal and external business
This role is working closely with the Knowledge Management team and would be ideal for someone with a background in Document Production with a Legal environment. Legal background is preferable but not essential although you will need experience using a document management system
