A new exciting French speaking Technical Support Specialist opportunity has come up for you to join a global IT hardware company and be part of their expanding help desk team.
Responsibilities
You will be reporting to the European Support Team Leader and as French speaking Helpdesk Representative you are responsible for internal and external post-sales helpdesk and technical support. Within this role your main responsibilities include 1st line and 2nd line support and network troubleshooting including outbound and follow-up phone calls in French and English. It is expected from you that you log each enquiry into a CRM system such as Salesforce.
If you are the successful candidate for this role, you will be the technical support contact for the existing B2B and B2C clients and your aim is to maximize customer satisfaction and be the primary contact for the client's customers in the UK as well as France.

Required skills and experience
- Must be bilingual English and French
- Previous experience providing IT support services, helpdesk or technical support preferably in a hardware support environment
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
- Excellent customer service and helpdesk skills
- Computer gaming interest/experience beneficial
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team or independently
- Strong communication skills: active listening, writing/typing, informal communication
- Bachelor's degree preferred
