Description

Our client is a very successful accountancy firm, with fantastic offices in the City. They are looking to recruit a permanent Partner Secretary to support 3 Partners. Providing an efficient secretarial and administrative service (split 80% admin and 20% typing), your duties will include:

  • Extensive diary management - coordinating internal and external meetings, organising conference calls
  • Preparing Partners for meetings, making sure they have all the necessary documents needed for meetings
  • Arranging and keeping track of various monthly meetings
  • Inbox management - responding on behalf of the Partners
  • Assist with the billing process, raising fees, running reports
  • Screen calls on behalf of the Partners
  • Audio typing
  • Taking minutes in meetings
  • Proof read documents, checking for punctuation and spelling errors, format and amend where necessary
  • Prepare PowerPoint documents
  • Processing expenses
  • Prepare proposal documents
  • Producing internal reports
  • Filing
  • Update and maintain the client database
  • Assisting other Secretaries as and when needed

Profile

The ideal candidate for this role will:

  • Have previous worked as a Secretary or PA
  • Have previously provided secretarial or PA support to Partners
  • Excellent organisational, time management and multi tasking skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good typing skills including audio
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident communicating at all levels
  • A good team player
  • Be able to exercise discretion and confidentiality at all times
  • Be calm under pressure
  • Good IT skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Job Offer

On offer is a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 + fantastic benefits package
