Wild Berry Associates are working closely with a Global fashion brand who are currently recruiting for a switched on administrator to join their Footwear Division on a 6 month contract. This is an ASAP position.

Key Purpose of Job:

To support delivery of great product through co-ordinating the product design teams administration and samples



Responsibilities

Deliver strong data integrity by ensuring all product data is maintained accurately throughout the development process

  • Ensure that each season's Range List/Costing sheet is synchronised with the season's line list throughout the design process on a weekly basis, by working closely with the design and category team.
  • To manage the accurate flow of information through the business from the design team
  • Create product setup

Sample Management

  • Manage all samples from development, press, sales & customer samples, to ensure they're requested, tracked, received, distributed and organised on time.
  • Ensure all material purchase orders are placed for salesman samples and monitor delivery
  • To distribute organise and clear away old samples including the organisation of the sample sales
  • To ensure the showrooms have the very latest samples
  • Check and sign-off all sample and carriage invoices

Manage and record prices

  • Request all prices from the vendors on a timely basis to allow accurate margin and pricing decisions
  • Update all prices into the Range List/Costing sheet
  • Maintain a record of all prices received from the vendor to ensure we can accurately validate all price histories that we have received.
  • Identify and flag any issues with pricing as they are received to the Category Manager

Communicate on a weekly basis on the status of samples and prices

Needs to have

  • Experience of excel
  • Basic financial understanding
  • A working knowledge of SAP is preferred

  • Strong project and process management skills
  • PC literate
  • Able to work to tight deadlines in pressurised environment
