Our client a boutique market leader in the Property industry is looking for a dynamic and switched on Administrator to join a rapidly growing team. This is not a normal Estate Agency, but more a creative firm. You will be based in their modern and airy office in the very trendy East London. This role will not only offer you a fantastic opportunity to work with a team of successful and driven individuals with a genuine interest in the specific market place that they work, but also to work with a dynamic and sociable team who really look after their staff.
The role will see you providing administrative support to the team including preparing letters, sales memorandums and general client letters, updating new property information on the database and website, scheduling targeted emails and alerts as well as overseeing the compliance regulations and terms of business. You will be responsible for liaising with suppliers and contractors as well as general administrative duties to ensure the seamless running of the office. You will be the first point of contact for clients, so a warm and approachable personality is essential. Assisting with marketing, advertising and social media may be required on an ad-hoc basis.
The ideal candidate will have a “can-do” attitude; this is a fantastic agency where everyone rolls up their sleeves and mucks in, have exceptional attention to detail and have a proactive and resourceful approach to work. You will have strong MS Office skills and be a true team player. An interest in architecture, design or fashion is beneficial. You must be educated to degree level or equivalent, have experience working within a fast paced environment and be comfortable multi-tasking.
This is a unique opportunity for a candidate with a desire to prove their worth and to work with a team of hugely talented individuals.
