Reporting to the dynamic CEO, this PA / Office Manager position would suit someone who has previously held a busy and diverse two-fold role with secretarial / PA and office management responsibilities. You will have strong commercial acumen and will fit in to a small but highly client focussed, entrepreneurial financial environment.
Some travel to their European offices will be involved within this busy and varied PA / Office Manager role.

To be successful in this PA / Office Manager role, you will have:
*Experience within a two-fold PA / Office Manager role, ideally gained within Financial Services
*Entrepreneurial nature and strong client focus
*Experience liaising with senior management
*A' level education or equivalent minimum
*Good IT skills
*Adaptable, hard working and "can-do" approach
*Exceptional client focus and communication talents
*Dynamic, self-motivated and confident personality
*Poise, polish and well-developed networking skills
*Willingness to undertake European travel as required
Key accountabilities within this PA / Office Manager role include:
*Front of house responsibilities
*Dealing with emails and correspondence
*Answering calls
*Extensive liaison with clients, colleagues and suppliers
*Managing meeting rooms and the booking system
*Handling post and invoices
*Managing diaries
*Booking travel
*Producing presentations
*Facilities management
*Maintaining supplies of office equipment and consumables
*Dealing with phone and mobile contracts
*Managing filing and archiving systems
*Overseeing the office budget
*Processing expenses and making payments
*Responsible for Health & Safety and other policies
*Organising new staff inductions
