PURPOSE OF ROLE:
As a Corporate Receptionist you will be the face of this company and the first point of contact for all high level clients and employees. You will be responsible for upholding the highest standards for the company and always treat every client with upmost respect. You will be working alongside 2 other receptionists and be part of a very successful team.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Meeting and Greeting clients and guests
Diary management
Booking meeting rooms
Prep & Upkeep of meeting rooms
Administration support for company
Switchboard

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
To apply for this role you MUST have previous experience as a Corporate Receptionist within Professional services or Financial Services and be available immediately for work. You will not be considered for this role unless you have proven experience in Professional Services/Financial Services.
