My client is in need of a PA to move train in their West End offices before relocating to Israel.

They are one of the worlds leading independent asset managers. They provide investment solutions across a broad range of capabilities. They employ around 1,000 people in 12 countries with investment centres globally, with a new focus on Israel.

Description

Applicable for an experienced and organised administrator fluent in English, highly computer savvy and happy to work in a small office. You will be based in London office's for up to 4 months in training as a PA before relocating to Israel.

  • General PA duties
  • Handling all aspects of administration of Israel branch office.
  • Developing agendas, managing schedules, and coordinating appointments and meetings.
  • Updating an maintaining records and databases.
  • Coordinating marketing and events activities.
  • Client support; answering queries and composing emails.
  • Financial record keeping.

Profile

  • Able to relocate to Israel
  • Available to work in Mayfair for four months
  • Able to show past as a PA on CV
  • Interest in Finance
  • An organised and efficient approach with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • A fast learner who can demonstrate initiative.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Mother-tongue-proficiency English and conversational Hebrew.
  • Hands-on-experienced in clerical tasks and handling a variety of administrative duties
  • Proficiency as an administrative assistant or in related field; preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude
  • Solid computer skills, including expertise in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity and experience with CRM, social media and mobile.
  • The ability to adapt to and quickly learn new systems.
  • The ability to work alone in an office or alongside one other

Job Offer

Salary dependant on candidate. Four months in London followed by Israel relocation.
