An innovative and collaborative boutique investment bank has an exciting opportunity for a bright, diligent and analytical administrator to join their Business Support Team, and provide support in maintaining, manipulating and inputting the data used across their various business systems. If suitable, the Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business and Administration will be available

Key Responsibilities


  • Migrating data between internal and external CRM systems.
  • Manipulating and preparing data for presentation to senior management.
  • Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports at the request of the team.
  • Performing routine maintenance on data and information held in systems.
  • Managing requests from the team relating to data management, or system functionality.
  • Managing relationships with external vendors to assist with the ongoing development of business systems.

  • Skills and Experience

    • Experience in an administrative role within a corporate environment
    • Previous experience with a CRM system, ideally Salesforce
    • Previous experience managing data
    • IT qualification is desirable
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
    • Detail oriented, patient and logical
    • Confident, with a professional manner and ability to interact with all levels of seniority
    • Able to plan own time effectively to ensure all information is delivered error free and on time
    • Flexible approach to tasks and workload
    • Able to prioritise key tasks and meet strict deadlines
