Our City based client is an Investment Management company with a truly impressive and long heritage going back centuries! It provides Investment Management for private individuals (many of whom are high net worth), charities and professional advisors.

This attractive Team Assistant opportunity assists the very busy Sales Team with all administrative responsibilities, including answering broker queries; taking and typing meeting minutes; updating the CRM database and acting as a central point of contact for team projects. You will often have conflicting priorities in this role, so a confident personality and ability to manage expectations is crucial.

This Team Assistant position would suit a strong prioritiser with office experience and an interest in financial services, although no previous experience is required. You will have good IT skills and exemplary client focus. Many of their clients are entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals, so an understanding of providing exceptional customer service is crucial.

To be successful in this Team Assistant role, you will have:

*Minimum GCSE English and Maths at grades A-C or equivalent
*Some office experience
*An interest in Financial Services
*Intermediate Word, Excel and PowerPoint
*Ideally experience using a Client Relationship Management system (Salesforce / Dynamics or similar)
*Good telephone manner
*Ability to remain calm under pressure
*High attention to detail
*Excellent client focus
*Corporate, well groomed appearance

Key accountabilities within this Team Assistant role include:

*Answering Broker telephone calls and responding to queries
*Managing sales email inbox and actioning as appropriate
*Amending, printing and binding PowerPoint presentations
*Sending literature requests by post
*Booking travel for sales team
*Updating CRM database
*Formatting and distributing daily sales figures
*Taking and typing minutes
*Acting as a central point of contact for team projects
*Organising staff meetings
*Organising events
