In this role you will be responsible for supporting managers with administrative tasks, covering reception and managing the daily scheduling activities for consultants in the office.

Description

The role will involve

  • Supporting managers and senior level staff by sending out client proposals.
  • Completing and processing expense reports.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Updating address book/contact files.
  • Coordinating meetings as necessary.
  • for keeping track of all upcoming project work.
  • maintaining the current schedule of projects and analysts.
  • Keeps track of proposals and enters new proposals into the scheduling database.
  • Responsible for the creation, implementation and upkeep of scheduling software and programs. Responsible for the creation, implementation and upkeep of scheduling software and programs.
  • Trains regional schedulers on work processes and scheduling tools.

Profile

To be successful in this role you will need

  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Access.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to prepare presentations for high-level business meetings.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

Job Offer

This is a temporary to permanent opportunity paying up to £24 - £28k depending on experience. All applicants must be immediately available.
