Team Assistant, £35,000, Soho, Restaurant Brand

An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Team Assistant to join a well known and hugely successful restaurant brand at their creative HQ in Soho.  This Team Assistant will provide administrative and project management support to all areas of the Property Team and Executive support to the Property Director.

Typical duties for the Team Assistant will include PA support to the Director; organising property meetings, minute taking and distribution; Property team admin/travel booking/conference booking; raising PO’s and managing invoices; supporting PM’s with circulating announcements throughout the company; report management and being central point of contract for external business partners.

This exciting and fun Team Assistant role requires you to be highly organised and proactive; very much a team player with the ability to work on your own initiative juggling several tasks at the same time.  Strong Team Assistant experience is essential within a creative environment and availability to start immediately would be a distinct advantage.   Salary £35,000 with excellent benefits including a meal allowance!
