A large international organisation is urgently looking for a HR Administrator with fluent Japanese to join their busy international HR team supporting the HR manager for at least 6 months with possible permanent extensions.

As a Japanese speaking HR Administrator, you will be providing administrative and secretarial support in Japanese and English to the HR department and communicating with all key business areas of the business. Your core responsibilities will include producing reports for HR and senior management, maintaining accurate company records and databases , updating employee personnel files, managing all immigration and tax process for expats a well as providing advice on immigration and tax and liaising directly the companies' immigration and tax advisers, handling expatriate remuneration system and benefits, arranging and administering inductions for new joiners and liaising with external offices across different time zones.

The successful Japanese speaking HR administrator must be able to speak and write fluent Japanese and English, possess excellent administration and IT skills as well as be able to demonstrate seamless multitasking and organisational skills. Proven HR experience with good knowledge tax and immigration matters would be highly desirable; however candidates with a background of working within an HR function or possess a keen interest in HR with relevant administration experience / studies will also be considered.

Profile:

  • Fluent written and spoken Japanese
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Proven HR administration experience from a corporate / blue-chip environment.
  • Proven administration experience in tax and immigration would be highly desirable
  • The ability to work to very tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Diligent, flexible and discreet
  • IT-literate: familiar with all Microsoft Office programs and able to learn to work new IT systems and processes quickly
