PA to MD

This high end property management firm in Chelsea is looking for a dynamic second jobber or PA with 1 year's experience to support their MD. Ideally you will have confidence, be a great communicator and happy to speak to clients on the phone and in person. You will also need to have very good Word/ Excel as you will prepare documents from notes of properties and be the master of electronic filing and preparing budgets/costings and expenses. This is a young, dynamic and fun office with lots of friendly co workers alongside other businesses including finance and interior design  so you will be part of a great team.

If you have some PA experience you are looking for a new challenge where you can make the job your own and work as part of a team as well as on your own then you will love this role. It would suit a PA who is a natural self-starter and someone with bags of initiative who doesn't need to be micro managed. Your support will be highly valued by the MD and you will have lots to get stuck into and the chance to implement your own systems etc. Based in gorgeous offices in the heart of Chelsea and the opportunity take on more responsibility and build a career. You will also get the chance to visit the luxury properties in their portfolio all over Chelsea/Mayfair to hand over keys/let in contractors so you won't be desk bound!
