German Speaking EA to Asset Manager - based in Frankfurt

Permanent £45k to £50k, plus benefits and bonus

This leading Asset Manager, who is backed by one of the top Investment Banks is expanding into Frankfurt. The office in Frankfurt is newly established and has a team of 7, busy and fast paced individuals. They are looking for an EA to support the MD of the office, and work very closely with him in building out the team. Your duties will include:

• extensive diary management for MD and full team
• arrange international travel
• arrange meetings on and off site
• process expenses
• update company CRM
• prepare presentations
• act as gatekeeper for the MD: fielding calls and emails
• office management: ordering of stationery, booking couriers, setting up of new starters, liaising with London head office and ad hoc administration

You MUST be fluent in German and English. You MUST have previous EA experience from within the banking sector. Communication skills and being able to think quickly on your feet and own initiative are essential. This is an amazing opportunity!
