Global events company with an Arabic speaking clientele . In this role you will call lapsed clients who are already interested in the event or have attended previously.

Summary of Role

*Using an existing database of Universities who have already been approached in the past. You will be making outbound calls to previous clients based in Hong Kong, informing them of the event that is taking place and inviting them to attend
*This is a target environment as you will need to get through a large list of previous event attendees and you will be confirming their attendance at the event , or issuing new invitations
*Sending out information
*This is a B2B role
*Negotiating prices ad special deals
*Use of email
*Updating the database
*Liaising with the marketing team
