Marketing and Sales Manager

Calling all Recruitment Consultants, Sales Executive's or Business Development Managers, are you looking for a new role? Look no further.

I am currently recruiting for a top refurbishment company.

The ideal person must be:

• Be an effective communicator, very good telephone manner and have an open and approachable manner.
• Be client facing and presentable in order to reflect the values of the company.
• Work closely with the business development director, and head of specialised works, and colleagues in order to devise and develop the marketing strategies.
• Organise and attend events such as, meetings, lunches, receptions and informal meetings
• Manage the schedule of meetings and events.
• Maintain the marketing files and database.

Ideally you will come from a construction background but it is not essential.

The main focus of the role is:

• Cold calling
• Calling existing clients and design teams.
• Social Media
• Email

Personality is key and they will need to have a strong work ethic and drive to want to succeed this is a brilliant opportunity for someone to come in and really take control with this role.
