The Role

A temp - perm EA role supporting the CEO/ founder. This is a demanding, fast paced 1:1 role with business and personal support. Responsibilities would include but not be limited to;

• Provide extensive and precise diary management including scheduling executive-level meetings, key external contacts, and internal 1:1 catch ups.
• Champion company culture - from organising weekly team lunches, away days , events
• Preparing detailed international travel itineraries, booking taxis, flights and hotels, making restaurant reservations.
• Act as the principal channel for communications between the board and senior management team, you need to be experienced with liaising with HNWI and board executives.
• Personal support- holidays, paying bills, shopping etc

Requirements

Must have previous solid EA experience, within a creative environment, ideally experience have worked in a start-up business for board level/ CEO. Strong organisational skills and able to perform well under pressure and to tight deadlines is key, along with a positive can-do attitude. If you have experience within luxury brands/retail that would be an advantage. Keen to take on a challenging role that offers opportunity to grow and be really involved in the day to day running of the company.

A passion for retail, design, luxury brands and the wider creative industries would be an advantage, long with previous event experience.
